About our weekly ritual

About our weekly ritual

Each Monday at 1:30pm, we all gather for a company-wide team meeting, at the offices (typically ~30% of the team would be in remote on google meet though) in order to share previous week's main achievements of each team, make announcements and kick-off the current week.

Each team has its own routine to make sure the general weekly team meeting is well prepared. There is respective team documentation in our knowledge database (Notion ofc... ๐Ÿ‘€ ๐Ÿ’• )

The sequence is as follows

- The main successes, unexpected challenges and failures of the previous week
- The main challenges of the coming week
- Any announcement that theyโ€™d like to share with the other teams

3.ย ๐‘ฎ๐‘ด๐‘ฝ ๐’‘๐’๐’–๐’“ ๐’–๐’ ๐‘ช๐’‰๐’‚๐’Ž๐’‘๐’Š๐’๐’ results (our internal game)

Each one is free to question and challenge the choices made. Stocklers should never feel shy or stupid asking a question!

The mentality is the following: if you donโ€™t understand something that was said during the meeting, it is not your fault, it most likely means the explanation wasnโ€™t clear enough.

This is one process among many others to ensure high transparency within the team. The format of this ritual evolved a lot overtime, but the idea is always the same.
