Meetings are an efficient way of making progress on a project only when used properly.
Stockler’s time is precious. We have defined guidelines to organize or attend meetings to avoid wasting time and move forward efficiently on the purpose of the meeting.
In concrete terms it means:
👉 One person should lead the meeting.
👉 The goal of the meeting must be precisely defined.
👉 The meeting leader is responsible for the smooth running & efficiency of the meeting.
To take part to a meeting, you must provide important information on the topic, or have pending questions. If the meeting has more than 4 internal attendees, a confirmation is asked to the team leader.
To make the meeting clear & seamless, a couple of minutes must be taken to:
1- remind everyone of the context and timeline of the eventual project,
2️- remind what was achieved prior to the meeting,
3️- set the agenda and the expected output.

Concise notes of the meeting are taken by the lead of the meeting and saved in the relevant Notion page, in ENGLISH.
These guidelines apply to our internal meetings, but we try as much as we can to apply them to external meetings as well.
