With the company growing, I am working less individually with each team member, and I want to make sure I spend enough time knowing everyone, and understanding how their life at Stockly can be improved, as well as their impact.

That’s why we’ve implemented 𝐭𝐑𝐞 π‚π„πŽ 𝐜𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐞 β˜•

It’s a 20min face-to-face coffee (glass of water for me actually…) with another team member each week, on Wednesdays just after lunch. It’s a quite informal and chill discussion.


π—£π˜‚π—Ώπ—½π—Όπ˜€π—² 𝗼𝗳 π˜π—΅π—² π—Ίπ—²π—²π˜π—Άπ—»π—΄ πŸ‘‡

The team member has a reminder before the meeting to think about the main topics that I’d like to discuss with them:

- how is going your daily life at Stockly?

- is there anything that surprised you when you joined, or that you could imagine doing differently?

- ideas of improvements (organization, product, processes...)?


It is also a good moment for them to ask me any question about the company's strategy, vision, goals, organization, etc.


I’m very happy with this process: it allows me to connect with new joiners I may not work with on a daily basis, and many great ideas came out of these meetings.
