Weโve implemented a new process at Stockly to ensure transparency remains as we scale: the ๐๐๐ ๐จ๐ฉ๐๐ง ๐ฌ๐๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ!
In short: itโs a 30min session where everyone can ask me anything and I do my best to reply to all questions as precisely as possible.

1. Google Form to anonymously submit questions for the upcoming CEO Q&As open session is sent to everyone in the company a week before the session.ย
2.ย I select ~5 questions to be answered during the session. Everyone is free to interrupt me if Iโm unclear or if they want to debate a point.
3.ย I replied in writing to the other questions, on a Notion document, open to everyone internally, that I share just after the live session.
Weโve done our first one a few weeks ago, and from now on it will be at least once a quarter!
