Each year, there is a very special moment that we really care about, and itโs probably our favorite week-end of the yearโฆ
๐๐ ๐ถ๐ ๐ฆ๐๐ผ๐ฐ๐ธ๐น๐โ๐ ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐น๐ ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ ๐ก๐ฅณ๐
The principle is easy: we rent a big house / castle / domain, in France, at Train / bus reasonable distance, where we all go from Thursday to Sunday.
๐ On the Thursday night, the vision for the coming year and the main objectives are presented and discussed during a big session with the whole team.
And then we party the whole week-end, do sports and activities together, try to limit as much as possible the amount of work, and just enjoy the moment all together โฎ๏ธ

๐ get to know each other more in a super chilla and festive context, in particular for people from the team who don't interact a lot in their daily work
๐ have a huge motivational boost (at least it's the case for me!) after the holidays and before a very intense Q4 that is always a key quarter.
