What about our remote policy?

What about our remote policy?

𝗕𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗵𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗸𝗲𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽, 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱𝘀.

The ground rule is to work from the offices. If a someone wants to work from home, they can of course request it to their team leader, but will need their approval.

Flexibility is a super important part of our culture, and we want to maintain this flexibility, so each of us is of course free to request remote work when needed.

In any case, to be working from anywhere else than the office each of us must have an adapted workstation: remote work should not damage one's productivity.

Overall we try to remain as flexible as possible, and when candidates in the hiring process are worried about this topic, we encourage them to ask around (when they come to the office during the interview process) about how flexible we are in general, and with remote work in particular.

But if a candidate tells us that they hate coming to the office, it's probably not the right place for them 😅
